Kindergarten

Open House Monday, January 29th from 5pm to 7pm. 

St. Charles School kindergarten provides the stepping stones for your child’s educational success. It offers a friendly environment in which students are able to grow academically, spiritually and personally. The magic of interactive learning encourages the students to explore everything to its fullest potential.

• Curriculum

  At St. Charles School, all learning is tactile, age appropriate and integrated within several subject areas.

• • In math, the students focus on numbers, patterns and fractions. Each chapter is paired with math manipulatives, which allow the student to further understand the subject matter.
  • In science, the teachers use the Archdiocese of Cincinnati content standards to plan hands-on, integrated science units that focus on what it means to be scientists and encourage the students to investigate concepts.
  • The weekly curriculum also includes music, art, library, physical education, computers and Spanish.

Catholic Faith

During your child’s time at St. Charles School, faith will be integrated into all aspects of the day. Faith provides the strong structure in which students can prosper in all other areas. They attend Mass weekly and sit with their fourth grade “buddies.”
