FACTS— This year we will be using “FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment” to help us award scholarship monies to school families. Applications may be completed online through the secured portal at: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3XKP4. There is a $28 application processing fee that is due when the application is submitted. The online application is the only way that we will be evaluating scholarship applications.

The form must be completed and submitted to FACTS by March 13, 2017. We encourage all families whose children are in T-K through 8th grade to apply for tuition assistance. We also use this information to notify you when outside scholarship opportunities become available.

Ohio EdChoice— The Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) was created to provide students from under-performing public schools the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The program provides up to 60,000 EdChoice scholarships to eligible students. The maximum financial amount for each one is $4,650.00

Students currently attending a public school in their resident district that has been rated in Academic Emergency or Academic Watch for two of the past three years are eligible to apply. Public school students attending a school in their resident district that will be assigned to such a school in the upcoming school year are also eligible to apply. Students currently attending a charter/community school whose home school is an eligible school on our list are also eligible to apply.

The online applications are submitted by the participating private schools between February 1, 2017, through April 30, 2017 on behalf of the parent, ONLY AFTER the student has been accepted for enrollment by the school. INCOME VERIFICATION will be received from February 1, 2017 until April 30, 2017.

Partnership 4 Success— Partnerships 4 Success assists Catholic families in finding part-time jobs as a way to pay or offset tuition costs. This program was launched in 2006 by a group of local Catholic educators, business people and religious representatives. It is for all Catholic grade schools and high schools. One of the most important decisions a parent can make is where they send their children to school. Not only is a solid academic program the key to financial independence, but outside of family life, a child’s school experience typically has the most impact on their faith and morals. If you have any questions about the Partnership 4 Success program, please contact George Molinsky at (937) 433-1188, ext. 213.
