Parish Collaboration
(also referred to as The Futures Project)
The Archdiocese of Cincinnati has paired The Church of St. Charles Borromeo with St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Centerville, Ohio as a pastoral region. This collaboration strengthens the ministry opportunities available to our parishioners, which include rotating national holiday Masses, combined Advent/Lenten reconciliation services, and shared ministerial and social events.
Pastoral regions are seen as a long-term tool for maintaining ministries through cooperation and collaboration of the parishes within each region of each deanery in response to changing clergy and lay ministry numbers.
